Refund and Retake Policy
At SkilledUP Academy, we strive to provide a seamless learning experience and maintain transparency regarding refunds, rescheduling, and retake options. Please review the following policy carefully before enrolling in any training program.
Refund Policy
1. Mode of Refund
All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment used during registration, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the selected course or service.
2. Course Cancellation by SkilledUP Academy
If a training program is canceled or withdrawn by SkilledUP Academy, participants will be entitled to either:
- A 100% refund, or
- An equivalent-value training program or service as an alternative.
3. Fast-Track Bootcamps
Refunds are not applicable for Fast-Track Bootcamps once enrollment and payment have been confirmed.
4. Cancellation by the Participant
More than 15 Working Days Before Batch Start Date
If a participant is unable to attend the training due to personal reasons and informs SkilledUP Academy at least 15 working days prior to the scheduled batch start date, a 100% refund will be issued.
Within 15 Days of Batch Start Date
For cancellation requests made within 15 days of the training commencement date, the following administrative charges will apply:
- INR 5,000 + applicable taxes, or
- USD 100
The remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded through the original payment method.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
Retake and Rescheduling Policy
1. Feedback Requirement
To qualify for post-training services, including retake or rescheduling benefits, participants must complete both:
- Interim Feedback Form
- Final Feedback Form
Failure to submit these forms may result in ineligibility for redo or rescheduling requests.
2. Training Feedback and Escalation
Any concerns, dissatisfaction, or escalation regarding the training must be communicated before 30% of the course duration has been completed. This is necessary to qualify for a redo batch.
3. Free Retake for Unsatisfactory Training Experience
Participants who have raised concerns in accordance with the above requirements and are not satisfied with the training may attend a free retake batch within three (3) months from the completion date of their original batch.
Free retakes will not be available after this period.
4. Exam Failure Retake Benefit
Participants who are unable to pass their certification exam on the first attempt may enroll in the next available batch at additional cost, provided the request is made within one (1) months from either:
- The exam result date, or
- The completion date of the original batch.
Retake requests submitted after one month will be charged at 50% of the course fee, plus applicable taxes.
5. Attendance Requirement
Participants must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in their originally enrolled batch to be eligible for revision classes, redo sessions, or free retakes.
6. Medical Emergencies and Unavoidable Circumstances
In the event of a medical emergency or other unavoidable circumstances, participants may request one complimentary reschedule, subject to mutual availability and agreement.
Any additional rescheduling requests will be charged at 100% of the prevailing course fee.
Policy Updates
SkilledUP Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Retake Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Participants are encouraged to review this policy periodically for the latest information.
